The chef

Our chef, Thomas, has been with us since 2012.He began his career as an apprentice at La Trinquette in Grandcamp-Maisy, followed by Le Relais Louis XIII in Paris whose chef Manuel Martinez was awarded two Michelin stars. He later worked in Lyon with Philippe Gauvreau, another Michelin-starred chef who took him to Dubai to open new restaurants, before returning to his roots with a spell at the Château de la Chenevière in Commes.
